Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy
Petplaza.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Petplaza.in has obtained on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- Petplaza.in accepts replacement can be made if the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case, receipt of goods are damaged or defective, please report the same to us., the address given on contact us page. This should be reported within one day of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must notice to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. The product manufacturer Sales Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a short expiry date goods by mistake, please refer the issue to us.
Refunds are made under following circumstances :
If the ordered products are not available with us and not able to start deliver within 72hours. This condition will be applicable based on discussion with customers.
As per the payment gateway norms, we can refund.
